5 TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL EVENT

We welcome the most varied events in our facility. One day, our premises breathe party, dance and exuberant kickoff, to the next day change clothes and be the place where the big issues are discussed, decisions are made and the future is shaped. Sometimes it can go faster than that, the room where the meeting was held during the day is transformed during the pre-drink – simsalabim – into a glittering party room. There is a lot to think about when arranging an event. Here we share five tips for a successful event.

1. Choose the right facility and venue based on the purpose of the event.

2. A shorter information meeting is good to place centrally, close to public communications.

3.If the goal is to anchor a plan or a strategy, it is good to have a facility that has opportunities for many group rooms.

4. If the purpose is for the work team to become more welded, it is an advantage to mix the meeting with different types of activities.

5. Hold the conference at the beginning of the week. On the one hand, it is often easier to get the room you want then, and on the other hand, the participants come charged with new energy from a free weekend and can absorb the messages you want to convey. Meeting new guests every day with different expectations and pictures of what you will bring home, in the form of new meetings between people or new experiences to share, is a source of inspiration.
